2. Bespoke Orders and Personalization
For our bespoke design services, a non-refundable deposit is required to commence craftsmanship. Because each piece is tailored to unique specifications, bespoke items are ineligible for return unless they possess a structural manufacturing defect.
- Design consultations are conducted virtually or at our John Street studio.
- Production timelines for bespoke pieces typically range from 6 to 12 weeks.
- The client is responsible for approving the final leather and hardware selection.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, photography, and brand identity, is the exclusive property of Aura Stitch. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Shipping and Returns
We provide worldwide shipping. For ready-to-wear collections, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original, unused condition with all luxury packaging intact.

As our bags are crafted from high-grade natural leathers, subtle variations in texture and tone are hallmarks of authenticity and artisan craft, not defects.
5. Bag Repair and Restoration
Our restoration service aims to revitalize your cherished items. While we utilize expert techniques, the outcome depends on the base condition of the vintage material. Aura Stitch is not liable for structural failures resulting from pre-existing material decay.
